  • You can book an online appointment or a free 15 minutes discovery call by using the contact form.

  • Before our first appointment, you’ll complete a lifestyle questionnaire and food diary that will provide insights into your health, lifestyle and dietary habits.

    During our initial consultation (60 minutes), we’ll delve deeper into your lifestyle, diet, health history and goals. This is a valuable opportunity for me to fully understand your individual circumstances and for you to ask any questions that you may have. After our consultation, you’ll receive a bespoke plan that will include dietary and nutrition recommendations, practical tips and resources, all tailored to your goals and needs.

    Follow up appointments (30 minutes) offer a chance to review your plan, track your progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you’re on the right path.

    All appointments are conducted on Zoom.

  • Initial Consultation (60 minutes) + Check-In Appointment (30 minutes): 700 AED
    The fee covers a review of your pre-consultation forms and food diary, along with a personalised plan that will be sent to you after our first meeting.

    Additional Check-Ins (30 minutes): 250 AED
    Discounts are available when booking 2 or more check-in appointments.

  • Everyone progresses at their own pace and the duration of our time together will depend on your unique needs and goals. We can map out a plan during our initial consultation.

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged for the full fee.

  • Rather than offering rigid meal plans, I focus on helping you develop sustainable, healthy eating habits that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. This approach equips you with the confidence, independence and skills to make informed nutritional choices long after our work together.
