Hello, I’m Hannah.

I’m a qualified nutritionist (ANutr MSc) based in Abu Dhabi and mum to a lively little boy.

I’m here to help you take the guesswork out of nutrition, so you can feel good about fuelling yourself and your family during pregnancy, infancy, and beyond.

Like many parents, I’ve navigated the highs and lows of pregnancy, newborn life and toddlerhood. Each stage has brought its own joys and challenges - from the sleep-deprived newborn days to the messy world of first foods. Throughout it all, good nutrition has been my greatest ally, supporting me through the energy slumps of pregnancy, the physical demands of breastfeeding, and the process of regaining my strength postpartum. 

When I started weaning my son, food became more than nourishment - it was a way for us to bond, explore new tastes, and ignite his fascination with food. Reminding myself that every baby is so different allowed me to enjoy our weaning journey without comparisons and more flexibility. Embracing the messiness and fussiness, I focused on the long game - creating mealtimes that encouraged exploration and nurtured curiosity.

Reflecting on my own journey, I understand how challenging the early years of parenting can be, which is why I’m so passionate about helping families navigate this critical period with clarity and confidence. The first 1000 days - from conception to age two - are especially crucial in laying the foundation for lifelong health. During this time, making thoughtful food decisions and trusting your instincts are key to raising a healthy, happy family. As both a qualified nutritionist and a parent, I’m here to support you with practical, informed nutrition choices, guiding you every step of the way through this important journey.

  • Bachelor of Nutrition & Food Science (University of Reading)

  • Master of Clinical Nutrition (UCL)

  • Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition - the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (reg 27765)

  • Level 2 Fitness Instructor
