  • You can book an online appointment or a free 15 minutes discovery call by using the contact form.

  • Before our first appointment, you’ll complete a questionnaire providing information about your child’s diet and mealtimes. A food diary, and occasionally a mealtime video, can also offer valuable insights.

    During our initial consultation, we’ll delve deeper into your child’s health history and diet, as well as address any nutritional and feeding concerns you may have. This is a valuable opportunity for me to fully understand your child’s and family’s circumstances and for you to ask any questions that you may have. Following this, you’ll receive a bespoke plan that includes dietary and nutrition recommendations, practical tips and resources, all tailored to your child’s individuality and needs.  

    Follow up appointments offer a chance to review the plan, track progress and make any necessary adjustments.

    All appointments are conducted on Zoom.

  • Initial Consultation (60 minutes) + Check-In Appointment (30 minutes): 700 AED
    The fee covers a review of your pre-consultation forms, food diary and mealtime videos, along with a personalised plan that will be sent to you after our first meeting.

    Additional Check-Ins (30 minutes): 250 AED
    Discounts are available when booking 2 or more check-in appointments.

  • Everyone progresses at their own pace and the duration of our time together will depend on your child’s unique needs and goals. We can map out a plan during your initial consultation. 

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans change. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged for the full fee.
